  • Provide a design: Submit a detailed sketch, engineered PDF drawing, .step files, DXF files, or even pictures of your design so we can review the details and tolerances and provide you with a quote (RFQ). If you don’t have a design already, we can work with you to create a design encompassing your product specifications.
  • Choose your type of raw material: Pick the ideal material for your CNC precision part to be made out of from our selection of aluminum 6061, 5052, 7075, Stainless Steel 303, 304, 316, Mild steel 1018, 4140PH, 4140 annealed, brass, bronze, copper, and Plastics, such as Plexiglass, acrylic, polycarbonate, Lexan, PVC, black Delrin, white Delrin, etc.
  • Review and approve engineered drawing: After you’ve approved the engineered drawing and our quote, we can start machining. We’ll meticulously meet all the details and product design specifications you require so you get the exact product and precision parts you need on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Complete the product: The last step includes choosing the finishing touches to your parts such as anodizing color, painting, or powder coating options — gold or clear zinc plating or alodine plating. As soon as all the steps are complete, we’ll ship your CNC milling machining product to you by FedEx and email you the tracking numbers.
